Mapping of 24 Asset Management Firms in London and Edinburgh. Relevant individuals were then identified within UK Institutional Sales teams. From the list of those identified, 48 individuals were subsequently approached and CVs and profiles were forwarded to the client as they were received.

7 candidates were interviewed by the client. An appointment was made at Director level. The client also used the research exercise to extend an offer to a Senior Sales Associate, an offer that was also accepted.
