Commencement of Project

A full mapping report was submitted to the client. This detailed team structure, reporting lines, head count and named individuals of each of the 6 competitors' teams. This report listed approximately 98 individuals within the requisite teams.

Interim Report at Month 4

Selected individuals were contacted by research and dialogue established. The following information was obtained and submitted to the client in a Tracking Report.

• Professional and transactional experience
• Current remuneration packages and expectations
• Current levels of career satisfaction and personal career objectives and time lines
• Market perception & awareness of current market trends
• Human variables – motivating factors & personal issues

Conclusion of 12 Month Project

A further and final Tracking Report was submitted to the client. This updated each individual's viewpoints, career objectives, professional and personal experience as well as market perceptions. This also highlighted any change in awareness in terms of diversity issues. Any individuals who had in the intervening period gravitated towards external opportunities were highlighted for the client and where appropriate follow up calls were made to establish direct client/candidate contact.

The client deemed the process an unqualified success. They benchmarked the project against the following key performance indicators:-

In addition during the last quarter of the 12 month tracking period, they utilised the research to extend an offer, which was accepted, to 2 individuals tracked by the report to augment their own team, at no extra cost
