The Research process can map out specific organisations in terms of the remuneration packages paid to individuals within any particular team. This information is obtained on a project-by-project basis, and indeed on an individual and personal basis. It is therefore not only current at the date of submission but does not rely on a meshing of averages, which will distort figures and reduce the accuracy of the information provided.
