We commissioned Caroline to compile a research report examining the degree of gender equality in the Financial Services sector, in certain product specific markets. We were keen to explore public perception about our own recruitment policies – and to contrast and compare that with our competitors. We were extremely delighted – and surprised – with the level of valuable information they were able to obtain in this most sensitive of areas. Representing us entirely on a confidential basis, they were able to provide sufficient and detailed data to assist us with our internal equality and diversity programmes. We would certainly recommission Caroline and the Newton Research team for future requirements in this field.
